Lorigo of Largo completes $2.74m first mtge. for 80-unit apartments complex

Mike Lorigo, account executive for Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $2.74 million for Creekside Village Apartments located on Paradise Ln. Creekside Village Apartments is an 80-unit multifamily apartment complex consisting of five two-story masonry style buildings with one and two bedroom apartments. Lorigo secured a 10-year fixed rate loan and 30-year amortization schedule for the borrower. Largo is a commercial mortgage banking company that structures, arranges and closes commercial mortgages for acquisitions, refinances and redevelopment projects for developers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
