Long Island Commercial Network holds annual members only cocktail party on January 22

Long Island Commercial Network held their annual Members Only Cocktail Party at Fox Hollow Inn on January 22. Attendees were thrilled with the many prizes, great food and camaraderie. There were over 130 in attendance and the valued sponsors had an opportunity to share their services with the group and further get to know one another. Jim Fogarty of East End Commercial Real Estate said, "What a great meeting! It was well organized with wonderful food and friends. Let's take all the energy from the event and sell something!" Lori Beldiny of Coldwell Banker Real Estate said, "LICN is a group of the most hard working and focused individuals on Long Island. Having been a member for many years I can say that the social events constantly raise the bar to what business networking should be. Not only was it held in one of the loveliest settings with an extravaganza of food and drink selection, but the members bring their best to the table with a willingness to share ideas and information. I left with a wealth of updated info on our current market as well as business cards to speed dial on my next deal. I'm the new owner of a digital camera courtesy of the sponsors, members and organization that provided wonderful gifts. The night was a great success thanks to the commitment and vision of our board members and volunteers." Gabor Korsai of Landmark Realtors said, "As the committee chair, I am pleased with the results of the evening. I am really proud to belong to LICN. It has grown a great deal since I joined. You can feel the enthusiasm in the room every time we meet. It is great to see competitors in the same room not only getting along, but working together and helping each other. As a member of LICN I have met some really great professionals and learned a great deal about Commercial Real Estate." Linda Louis of Louis Marketing said, "The LICN Members Only Gala was a rousing success for everyone with whom I spoke that evening. The large room was packed with real estate people and those in related businesses enjoying the congenial atmosphere and networking opportunity in the positively charged room. This was a great event."
