Roslyn, NY Dozens of Long Island women real estate professionals gathered at a LIREG W networking event May 19th at Arhaus Furnishings. The event featured wine, hors d’oeuvres, private shopping and a raffle. LIREG W is the women’s subgroup of the Long Island Real Estate Group.
LIREG W was created 2014 to bring together professional women in the Real Estate Industry and the allied trades who live or work on Long Island. The group has hosted cocktail networking events as well as breakfast speakers and aims to connect and educate women regarding the top issues in Long Island’s Real Estate community.
When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
