Lipenholtz joins real estate group at Certilman Balin

Eric Lipenholtz (Westbury) has joined the real estate group at Certilman Balin as an associate. Prior to joining Certilman Balin, Lipenholtz was an associate at a boutique Garden City law firm where he practiced in the areas of real estate, municipal law and litigation. He also served as a judicial intern in the District Court of the New York State Unified Court System, and was a legal and business affairs intern at Sportstars, Inc., where he supported agents in rookie and free-agent national Football League contract negotiations. Lipenholtz earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2011 where he was a Staff member of St. John's Law Review. He was also on the dean's list and won CALI Awards for New York Practice and Elder Law Clinic. He was involved in the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society, the Dispute Resolution Society and the Student Bar Association. In 2008, he earned his bachelor of arts, with distinction, in Sports Management from the University of Michigan. Lipenholtz earned University Honors and was a Member and Recruitment Chairman of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.
