Linde joins Cohen & Perfetto as partner
According to Cohen & Perfetto LLP, a New York City based real estate law firm, Stephen Linde has joined the firm as partner.
Linde will concentrate his practice in commercial real estate transactions, involving both commercial and industrial properties. He has experience in leasing, acquisition and sales, mortgage financing, real estate securitization and equity financing. He also has experience working with not-for-profit entities as well as foreign investors. Linde will continue to work in these areas in his new role at Cohen & Perfetto.
Before joining Cohen & Perfetto, Linde, served as senior counsel for Holland Knight LLP for six years.
