Lightstone names Maciejczak as senior vice president of life sciences

Manhattan, NY Chris Maciejczak has joined Lightstone as senior vice president of life sciences. Maciejczak  comes to Lightstone after leading the life sciences platform at Boston Properties.

With 19+ years of asset management, operations, and development experience focused in both the national and Greater Boston life sciences space, Maciejczak  brings expertise in both developing and executing life science portfolio strategies as well as operational leadership. Maciejczak’s comprehensive understanding of laboratories and mechanical systems will enhance Lightstone’s ability to ensure optimal efficiency and functionality in these specialized spaces.

In his role on the Lightstone team, Maciejczak will lead all aspects of the firm’s life sciences vertical, from strategic direction of the team, to developing Lightstone’s portfolio, leading leasing and tenant management, and overseeing all life science assets. His key objectives are to stabilize Lightstone’s existing portfolio and processes, while also strategically growing the firm’s life sciences vertical. He will be working out of Boston.
