Brooklyn, NY Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) negotiated the closing of 234 Saint Nicholas Ave. for $3.24 million. This property is located between Greene Ave. and Bleecker St. in Bushwick. This property offers five apartments. The building is built 20 ft. x 47.67 ft., offering 4,247 s/f. The lot is built 20 ft. x 90 ft.

234 Saint Nicholas Ave. was sold by Stefan Bohdanowycz to the Greenbrook Partners and Carlyle Group. IPRG brokers Derek Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, Tom Reynolds, Brian Davila and Noah Middlekauff represented the seller.
