Liebowitz of Arldon Realty handles four leases

Sheldon Liebowitz of Arldon Realty has completed the following leases: New York Design Group leased 1,200 s/f at 467 Main St. Arldon represented the buyer and seller. The new tenants create web designs and will run a photo art gallery at the location. The store has been rented for five years with a five-year option. Kris La Grange with UCOMM leased 700 s/f of office space at 28 West Main St. in Bay Shore. La Grange is a union negotiator and plans to expand at the property. He has a five-year lease with a five-year option to renew. Arldon handled both sides of the deal. South Shore Medical Billing leased 1,300 s/f at 28 West Main St. They have a five-year lease with a five-year option. They were represented by Phil Maisch of Corporate Commercial Realty while Liebowitz represented the seller. Arldon is also currently handling a lease for 2,200 s/f on the first floor of 28 West Main St. with Hands on Healthcare. Arldon is representing both sides for the lease, and all terms have been agreed to.
