LICN members receive NAR's green designation

After completing the two day Green Core Course and then completing the one day Green Commercial Elective and passing the required exams, Alan Hendrickson, Arlyne Lorenz, and Ira Zucker graduated on December 1, 2009. The Green Commercial Elective instructor was green designee Ed Smith of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. These realtors have gained the knowledge and tools necessary to become a trusted green resource for their customers. NAR's green designation was developed in response to growing consumer awareness of the benefits of resource efficient buildings. The designation helps consumers who care about energy efficiency and sustainable building practices identify REALTORS who can help them realize their sustainable real estate and lifestyle goals.
