LICN holds commercial orientation and monthly meeting; Also had a joint meeting with NYSCAR in October

LICN is on the move supporting their members. There have been several opportunities to expand their connection to other Realtors with the aim of achieving greater success and closing more deals. This support includes providing free education so Realtors can upgrade their skills. In October, they had another commercial orientation. These are often appreciated by veterans who want to learn about areas they may unfamiliar with or those newer to the commercial area. On October 22nd, they had a monthly meeting at the Residence Inn which was dedicated to Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC). Attendees were updated on some of the efforts their representatives put forth to help them continue to earn their commissions, try to keep the mortgage interest deduction, etc. It was extremely informative. LICN also had a joint meeting with NYSCAR in October and are co-sponsoring an upcoming meeting with NYSCAR and CIBS on the new advertising regulations. LICN welcomes all who want to learn about the changes that those involved in real estate need to know.
