LIBBI completes $200,000 sale for Chicken Holiday

Long Island Business Brokerage Inc. (LIBBI) the only business brokerage under the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) and member of the Long Island Commercial Network (LICN) has completed the close-of-sale for the Chicken Holiday franchise at Behr's Shopping Center. The deal was brokered by licensed salesperson and LIBBI principal Michael O'Donnell for $200,000. "This sale is an example of our distinct ability to leverage LIBOR's strong reputation for commercial business opportunities within a historically residential scope," said Gail Gladstone, founder and CEO of LIBBI. LIBBI was founded in response to the lack of licensing or certification requirements to do business brokerage in New York. The company has voluntarily put itself under the auspices of LIBOR to protect its customers, ensure performance under the guidelines of the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and reach the broadest audience by enabling the co-brokerage of listings with Realtor members of LIBOR. LIBBI only hires licensed Realtors.
