Li promoted to vice president of design and construction at Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc.

Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc., a real estate consulting, brokerage, and development firm specializing in services for nonprofit organizations, has promoted Leroy Li to vice president of design and construction. In his new role, Li will manage and grow an existing portfolio of services with a focus on project management and owner representation projects and consulting for major capital projects. He will also be responsible for setting the project management team's income and expense targets, advancing marketing efforts, and helping to set strategic direction for the company as a whole. As a member of the Denham Wolf team since 2005, Li previously served as senior project manager, facilitating and managing design and construction projects as well as developing high-level financial analyses.
