Levy of Adams leases to Affordable Luxury Group; Also reps landlord: Ten West Thirty Third

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, one of Manhattan's premier full-service real estate firms specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, brokered a 3,273 s/f new lease at 10 West 33rd St. for the Affordable Luxury Group. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, as well as the tenant in the transaction. Affordable Luxury Group will be leasing 3,273 s/f on the 6th floor for a six-year lease term. Affordable Luxury Group will use this space as general and executive office and showroom space for their accessory company. "Affordable Luxury Group is a great addition to the current client roster at 10 West 33rd St. as many of them are fashion companies," said Levy. "The building is extremely well received by tenants and the buyers that frequent it as it offers a mart atmosphere for a wide range of fashion accessory companies offering the latest in cutting edge fashion." Affordable Luxury Group is a millennial-driven fashion house with an emphasis on Handbags & Accessories; their core distribution is with department stores along with select specialty stores. Built in 1914, 10 West 33rd St. is a 12-story, 319,200 s/f building. Notable tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza, Global Design Concepts and Gina Group, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, BCD Tofu House, and United States Post Office.
