Levy of Adams brokers 1,991 s/f lease at 411 Fifth Ave.

Manhattan, NY Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered a 1,991 s/f new lease for Crowded Co. at 411 Fifth Ave. The company will occupy the partial seventh-floor space for four years and four months.

David Levy, principal of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, 411 Fifth Avenue Associates. Avi Kemp of Officeleasecenter.com represented the tenant.

Although all the details were not disclosed, asking rent was $54 per s/f

“It’s a challenge to find great value along a main corridor of Midtown Manhattan, especially two blocks from Bryant Park on Fifth Ave. At 411 Fifth Ave., tenants get close proximity to every transit option in the city, updated modern offices and an ornate exterior façade, all at a reasonable price,” said Levy. “The Crowded Co. is relocating from its 34th St. office to the seventh-floor of 411 Fifth Ave. The building provides the premium location the company was seeking, as well as impressive layout with large windows, 10-foot ceilings, wood floors and brand new air conditioning system.”

Constructed in 1915 by the renowned architecture firm Warren & Wetmore, 411 Fifth Ave. is situated between 37th and 38th Sts. The 11-story property features an stone exterior. Tenants include E. Gluck Corp., Melissa and Doug, Bollman Hat Company and Citibank.

Crowded Co. is an online technology platform that allows job seekers to connect with employers, in an effort to simplify the work-seeking process. Users are matched with relevant employers and are able to apply for positions directly online.
