Delavale of Breslin Realty secures 4,000 s/f lease
Robert Delavale, Breslin OrganizationMiddle Island, NY Breslin Realty has signed a long term lease with Masters Touch Custom Interior, for 4,000 s/f of The Center at Middle Island at 10 Middle Country Rd. The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
Masters Touch Custom Interior has been in business for over 20 years, and specializes in automobile, boat, and motorcycle upholstery. They are expanding from their successful store at 191 Middle Country Rd.
Additional retailers at The Center at Middle Island include Middle Island Drum & Guitar Store, Little Mexico Taqueria, and a Nail Salon.
