Levinson of L&L Holding and Burger of Infinite Global R.E. join forces with launch of L&L Infinite

Manhattan, NY David Levinson of L&L Holding Company and Marty Burger of Infinite Global Real Estate Partners launced L&L Infinite. The new venture combines the expertise and resources of two of the industry’s most accomplished leaders to pursue opportunities in development, acquisitions, and debt strategies across the U.S. real estate market.

L&L Infinite will primarily focus on development projects in the New York metro area and South Florida, while simultaneously seeking equity and debt investment opportunities nationwide. The venture will operate offices in both New York City and West Palm Beach.

“David and I are excited to merge our collective experience and successful track records in support of our new venture,” said Burger, who will serve as CEO and president of L&L Infinite. “This initiative will benefit and build upon the robust infrastructure that L&L Holding has built over the past quarter century.”

Levinson, CEO of L&L Holding and newly appointed chairman of L&L Infinite, said, “This new partnership with Marty marks an exciting new chapter in our careers. Prior to this partnership, Burger founded Infinite Global Real Estate Partners following a distinguished 14-year tenure as CEO of Silverstein Properties. In 2025, Burger also launched Infinite Global Capital Partners (IGCP), a debt strategy platform co-founded with Scott Chisholm, former president and CIO of Greystone Commercial Capital. IGCP will now operate as an affiliate of L&L Infinite, with Chisholm serving as a partner of the platform. IGCP is on track to close over $1 billion of transactions nationally in its first year with recent notable closed transactions including 809 Madison Ave., 180 Water St. and a 20-property apartment portfolio in San Francisco.

Levinson will continue to serve as chairman and CEO of L&L Holding Company, which has built a portfolio that currently encompasses more than 6.5 million s/f of commercial and residential space. L&L’s signature properties include such New York icons as 425 Park Ave., Terminal Warehouse, 390 Madison, and 195 Bdwy., as well as Wynwood Plaza, the new mixed-use campus in Miami. He is also chairman of L&L Development Group, a recently launched entity that is leading L&L’s ongoing expansion in South Florida.
