Fried Frank expands market-leading real estate department with New York-based team

Manhattan, NY According to Fried Frank, a prominent team of lawyers have joined the firm’s market-leading, global real estate department. Partners Adam Endick and Christy Mazzola, along with senior counsel Wallace Schwartz, will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Endick, Mazzola and Schwartz have decades of experience advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures and financings, across all asset classes. They have worked on transactions that have transformed urban landscapes across the U.S. Endick has particular expertise representing landlords and tenants in headquarters and other large-scale commercial leasing transactions.

This group’s arrival adds to the strategic global growth of the firm’s real estate department, which recently welcomed David Evans and Roger Schofield as partners in the department’s corporate real estate practice in London.
