Levin Management Corp. secures 26,500 s/f for Ace Pickleball Club at Brunswick Shopping Center

North Brunswick, NJ Ace Pickleball Club has opened its newest location at Brunswick Shopping Center, 512 Milltown Rd. The 26,500 s/f facility introduces a destination centered on fitness, wellness and social connection, bringing one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports to a Middlesex County retail property.

Levin Management Corp. (LMC), the leasing and managing agent for Brunswick Shopping Center, secured the tenant as part of its strategy to enhance the center’s mix with experiential, lifestyle-driven uses.

“Ace Pickleball Club is an exciting addition to Brunswick Shopping Center and a great example of the type of experiential tenant that resonates with today’s consumers,” said Fred Younkin, leasing representative with LMC for the center. “This concept brings together fitness, wellness and community connection in a way that not only activates the space but also strengthens the center’s role as a destination for both daily needs and lifestyle-driven experiences.”

The club’s member-focused model offers pickleball on demand through its signature open play format, eliminating the need to coordinate with other players or reserve court time in advance. Flexible, all-inclusive membership options are tailored to usage, and introductory clinics are available for those new to the game.

“We want Ace Pickleball Club to be a place where people can get active, learn something new and feel part of a community from day one,” said Kirk Zambrana, general manager of Ace Pickleball Club. “From flexible membership options and beginner clinics to social events, team-building opportunities and private parties, we are creating an environment that makes it easy for people to engage with the sport in a fun, welcoming and healthy way.”

In addition to open play and instructional programming, the facility will host tournaments, social events and corporate outings, further positioning it as both a wellness-focused amenity and a community hub.

Brunswick Shopping Center is a 288,000 s/f retail destination in the town’s primary retail corridor, off Rte. 1 on Milltown Rd., serving a dense and well-established Middlesex County trade area. Anchored by Lidl, the center features a mix of national and regional tenants, including LA Fitness, Dollar Tree, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Sally Beauty Supply, McDonald’s and Sherwin-Williams.

Ace Pickleball Club is a rapidly expanding indoor pickleball club with a national footprint, delivering a unique open play model with a member-focused approach and all-inclusive pricing. With 11 locations open or operating nationwide and an additional 25 to 30 slated to open in 2026, the brand continues to expand as demand for the sport grows across all demographics.
