Levin Management completes 2,650 s/f lease at River Plaza; Good Eats opens at 788 Main St., Johnson City

Johnson City, NY New York-style deli and all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant Good Eats is now open at the River Plaza shopping center. Located at 788 Main St., the 179,000 s/f retail property is leased and managed by North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Corp. (LMC).

The new, 2,650 s/f restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Good Eats patrons can enjoy bagels and other breakfast items, along with a selection of traditional deli-style sandwiches.

“Homemade corned beef ‘Pastrami’ is a standout on our menu,” said Carl Rant, who co-owns the eatery with his wife, Jodi. The restaurateurs have 30 years of industry experience as owners and operators.

“Our Good Eats concept also includes an all-you-can eat buffet serving a variety of comfort foods, from chicken and ribs to carved turkey with gravy, and fresh vegetables,” he said. “Everything is made fresh, and there’s something here for everyone. We look forward to getting to know our customers and being part of this shopping center and community.”

River Plaza also includes Ollie’s Outlet, A&A Beauty Supplies and shadow anchor Home Depot (separate ownership).
