New York, NY LERA Consulting Structural Engineers (LERA), a structural engineering consulting firm based in New York, announced promotions for 2022. 

Promotions in the New York office include Stephen Pfund, P.E., Yue Zhao, P.E. (CA), Xia Li, P.E. (CA) and Juhua Yang, Ph.D., P.E. (MI) were all promoted to senior associates at the firm. Crystal Lin, P.E. (GA), S.E. (IL), Tom Syku, P.E. (CA), Lindsey Judge, Liridon Greva and Behnam Kiani were all promoted to associates at the firm. Promotions in the Mumbai office include Deepesh Gupta, promoted to senior associate and Renuka Ranwadkar, promoted to associate at the firm. Promotions in the Shanghai office include Xueyan Tai and Pei Wu, both promoted to associates at the firm.
