Breslin Realty Announces Lease Signing With RockBox Fitness

Levittown, NY According to Breslin Realty, they have completed the signing of a long-term lease with RockBox Fitness at 3361 Hempstead Tpke.

RockBox Fitness will be occupying 3,075 s/f in the Levittown Mews Shopping Center on Hempstead Turnpike (NY-24).

RockBox is a unique, boxing-based gym that offers classes that fuse boxing, kickboxing, and functional training exercises for every experience level. In addition, RockBox also offers healthy living classes such as Nutrition Consulting and Guidance, Personal Training, and Weight Loss programs.

RockBox Fitness is a national tenant with gyms across 16 different states, and Breslin Realty is excited be one of the first landlords to open a New York location.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
