Lee NYC hires Tuttman as executive managing director/principal

Peter Tuttman has joined Lee & Associates NYC LLC (Lee NYC) as executive managing director/principal. He brings over 30 years of experience in tenant and owner representation to his new position. "In his decades of work with diverse clients, Peter's levels of professionalism and insight remain consistently high," said James Wacht, president of Lee NYC. "These qualities will be of great benefit to our office division." Tuttman's career-wide tenant list includes such TAMI illuminati as McCann-Erickson, The Interpublic Group, Devito/Verdi, M. Booth and Associates, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Viacom and Time Out Publications. Other notable clients include Prada, Armani A/X, the Fragrance Foundation, the Asian Cultural Council, Hospital for Special Surgery and the National Center for Learning Disabilities. Prior to joining Lee NYC, Mr. Tuttman was executive managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. In 2007, after 15 years as exclusive leasing agent, he brokered the sale of the 326,863-square-foot Movielab Building at 619 West 54th Street to KBS Realty Advisors for $110 million. He also represented the buyer and seller in the sale of the 150,000-square-foot 62 Cooper Square. Tuttman has attended Middlebury College and Columbia University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
