Houlihan Lawrence's Scarsdale office adds Lee and Xu as licensed salespersons

According to Houlihan Lawrence, one of the leading real estate firms serving New York City's northern suburbs, Yulri "Julie" Lee and Tianying Xu have joined the company as licensed salespersons. Lee and Xu will both be located at Houlihan Lawrence's Scarsdale office, located at 32 Popham Rd., and managed by Lewis Arlt. "Houlihan Lawrence is committed to providing our clients with a superior experience from start to finish offering cutting-edge tech tools, in depth market knowledge, and a deeply personal level of service," said Chris Meyers, managing principal of Houlihan Lawrence. "Julie and Tianying are both dedicated and enthusiastic agents with diverse skill sets and strong passions for helping clients to navigate the complex process of buying or selling a home. We are pleased to welcome them to the team." Houlihan Lawrence's Scarsdale office serves the communities of Ardsley, Eastchester, Edgemont, Hartsdale, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle and Scarsdale. As a firm, Houlihan Lawrence ranks among the Top 20 of all brokerages nationally and is the long standing leader in the market north of New York City. Lee joins Houlihan Lawrence from LG Electronics USA, Inc., where she was a 'Go to Market' Training Manager responsible for the overall Go to Market capability building, improving productivity of LG employees, and spearheading training and development programs. Prior to LG Electronics, Ms. Lee was a Public Affairs Advisor for the Permanent Mission of Republic of Korea to the United Nations. In that capacity, she worked directly with the Public Information officer of Korean mission, managing media relations for UNSG Mr. Ban Ki-moon during his campaign and transition period. Ms. Lee received her Bachelor's degree from Tufts University and studied Counseling Psychology at Columbia University. Born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Lee currently resides in Hartsdale with her family. Xu joins Houlihan Lawrence with a strong background in Civil Engineering, having received her Bachelor's degree in the field from Xi'an technological University in China and a Master's degree in Business and Management from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Ms. Xu was an Estimator at Can Trust GC Construction Company in Canada, where she was responsible for takeoff and pricing of projects. Prior to Can Trust Construction, Ms. Xu worked as a part-time English translator in construction at Anhui International. Born and raised in Xi'an, China, Ms. Xu currently resides in Scarsdale with her family.
