Lee & Associates NYC reps. Pastrami Queen in third NYC location

New York, NY Lee & Associates NYC has represented Pastrami Queen in a 500 s/f lease at Moynihan Food Hall. The classic kosher delicatessen, which has two other existing locations in the Upper East Side and Upper West Side, joins the food hall at the newly expanded transit hub alongside a roster of purveyors of high-quality fresh foods and locally sourced products. 

Lee & Associates NYC represented Pastrami Queen in the transaction. The landlord, Vornado Realty Trust, was represented in-house.

“Pastrami Queen is a classic New York brand that will be a great addition to the carefully curated food and beverage tenants at Moynihan,” said Peter Braus, managing principal and co-founder of Lee & Associates NYC. “Vornado has done an amazing job of creating a destination for New Yorkers and visitors alike.”
