Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC said that NYC Alliance (NYCA) has signed a 11-year lease for 50,000 s/f spanning the entire 15th and 16th floors and a portion of the 17th floor at 1441 Broadway in Midtown.
Lee & Associates NYC represented NYCA, with Peter Braus, Dennis Someck, Todd Korren and Justin Myers serving as tenant representatives. The landlord, LH Charney Associates, was represented by Rick Doolittle, JP Howard, Taylor Bell and Michael Joseph of Colliers.
NYCA will relocate from its current office at 1411 Broadway, where the company occupies one floor, expanding its New York City footprint from 24,000 s/f. Although the terms of the agreement were not disclosed, asking rents at the building start at over $60 per s/f. NYCA will use the new headquarters space as its general and executive offices as well as a showroom space.
