Lawyers discuss real estate legal issues at CIBS roundtable - January 30

Eight prominent lawyers discussed legal issues facing Long Island's real estate industry at a Jan. 30 roundtable of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS). The discussions focused on such matters as 1031 exchanges, broker disputes, tax certiorari, land use, leasing, financing and planning.
