CBRE has completed a 32,000 s/f office and industrial lease on behalf of building owner Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures at 203 Ridgewood Dr. SolarCity, a national leader in clean energy services, inked a five-year lease for the entire property in an effort to bolster its Northeast operations. CBRE's Kevin Langtry and William Cuddy, Jr. represented Lighthouse, while Cushman & Wakefield's John Grady acted on behalf of SolarCity. "SolarCity's lease brings the Lighthouse Elmsford portfolio to 100% occupancy as a steady demand for flex buildings fuels this market," said Langtry.
