CBRE has completed a 32,000 s/f office and industrial lease on behalf of building owner Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures at 203 Ridgewood Dr. SolarCity, a national leader in clean energy services, inked a five-year lease for the entire property in an effort to bolster its Northeast operations. CBRE's Kevin Langtry and William Cuddy, Jr. represented Lighthouse, while Cushman & Wakefield's John Grady acted on behalf of SolarCity. "SolarCity's lease brings the Lighthouse Elmsford portfolio to 100% occupancy as a steady demand for flex buildings fuels this market," said Langtry. "It is always great to see new businesses entering Westchester County, but it is even better when they represent a new growth sector such as sustainable green energy." 203 Ridgewood Dr. is well-located in Fairview Corporate Park, which consists of four class A buildings comprising 250,535 s/f. Centrally positioned along the western border of Westchester County, it offers quick and convenient access to Interstate 287 and the Sprain Brook Parkway, with easy entrance to transportation routes for destinations west of the Hudson River.
