LaManna of CBRE wins TV at T. Weiss open house

Vincent LaManna, a first vice president in the Woodbury, Long Island, office of CB Richard Ellis, won a 42-inch flat panel TV at a recent open house conducted by T.Weiss Realty Corp. at its newly remodeled 532 Broadhollow Corporate Center. LaManna won the TV in a drawing of business cards conducted by T. Weiss, one of Long Island's largest commercial landlords, at the completion of a four-hour open house on Oct. 7 attended by some 50 brokers. T. Weiss is offering a $25,000 bonus incentive to any commercial broker who procures a tenant for at least 20,000 s/f in the building by Dec. 31.The incentive provides brokers an opportunity to boost their incomes during challenging times.
