At Hutch Metro Center Atrium, Zamechansky, broker, and Daniel McVeigh, associate broker of KZA, represented Edward Chiaravalle, a Dunkin Donut's franchisee, in securing a 10-year lease of the 1,500 s/f property for $675,000. Joseph Kelleher and Josh Gopan of Simone Development represented landlord, Joseph Simone of Simone Development. The Atrium is the newest building to be built in the Hutch Metro Center complex. Chiaravalle's Dunkin Donuts will be joining tenants LA Fitness and the Marriot Hotel.
"Being positioned in an "A" location is a top priority for any Dunkin' Donuts franchise," said Chiaravalle. "Dan McVeigh and Kathy Zamenchansky's of KZA Realty Group's extensive knowledge of real estate in the Bronx was essential in securing a site that met that criteria."
In addition, Zamechansky represented owner Ralph Giordano in the sale of his three-story, $740,000 building at 1723 Crosby Ave. Ernie Aronis of the Bouklis Group represented the buyer in the acquisition of the 4,420 s/f property.
At 2058 7th Ave., McVeigh represented Habeeb Al-Mansoory of the 123rd Street Deli Corp. in securing a 15-year lease of a 1,100 s/f property, totaling $684,000. KZA represented both the tenant and the landlord, Raymond Yu of Yuco Management.
