Kunofsky of M&M ranked top single-tenant net-lease agent in 2013

Glen Kunofsky of the Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office ranked as one of the top investment specialists out of more than 1,300 nationwide in 2013. Kunofsky is the top-ranked single-tenant net-lease agent in the firm for the seventh year in a row and the firm's top listing associate. Marcus & Millichap's top-producing single-tenant net-lease team is led by Kunofsky from the Manhattan office. "We are proud to recognize Glen as one of the firm's top agents, as our No. 1 listing agent, and as the top single-tenant net-lease investment specialist for the seventh consecutive year," said John Kerin, president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap. "Glen's accomplishments are a testament to his considerable expertise in the net-lease property sector and his dedication to providing clients with exceptional advisory services." Kunofsky joined Marcus & Millichap in June 2001. He is an authority in the field of net- lease and sale-leaseback transactions. Kunofsky's clients include some of the nation's largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, hedge funds and high net-worth individuals. He has structured sale-leaseback programs for some of the largest public and private companies in the country. Last year Kunofsky facilitated transactions valued at more than $421 million.
