Krol was joined by Joe Szabo of Tishman Speyer, Dan Pugliese of Hines, Richie Kromar of Boston Properties, Mark Miller of SBS and Charlie Marino of AKF Engineers. The forum revealed many solutions to obtaining Local Law 87 compliance that are both cost-efficient and sustainable, many of which are services offered by Donnelly Mechanical.
