Kraemer and Rice join Allpro Parking, LLC

Allpro Parking, LLC has added Alan Kraemer and Robb Rice to its team. Both will assist with Allpro's business development efforts. As VP of business development, Kraemer will lead Allpro's expansion efforts in, and develop policy for, new and existing geographic markets and business segments. Kraemer's parking industry background includes 17 years of experience in urban parking operation and marketing, and the development of parking, valet and shuttle management services in hospital, retail, and on-airport and off-airport settings. His prior experience spans several markets, including New York City, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indianapolis, and Michigan. Kraemer specializes in developing valet, shuttle and parking solutions for hospitals and airports. He will work out of the Pittsburgh, Pa. area. Prior to joining Allpro, Kraemer served as regional business development manager for Ohio-based Parking Solutions, Inc., senior parking analyst with TransAssociates of Pittsburgh and, most recently, as national sales manager/Pittsburgh area manager with Parking Company of America Airports, LLC. He is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta. Rice, as business development manager, will head Allpro's marketing endeavors in the Cincinnati, Columbus, northern Kentucky and West Virginia regions. Rice brings 13 years of experience in the parking industry to his position at Allpro, with a concentration in airport, valet, shuttle and surface lot operations and services. Prior to joining Allpro, Rice served as an area manager for Central Parking System, operations manager for Imperial Parking in Cincinnati, area manager for Parking Solutions, Inc. and, most recently, as general manager of Parking Company of America Airports, LLC off-airport parking in Memphis. Allpro President, Richard Serra, said, "Having Al and Robb join our development management team at this time is right in line with our long term strategic planning for growth and expansion of our company in other markets."
