Korth of Certilman Balin to be honored by Cancer Center for Kids

Donna-Marie Korth, a partner in the commercial/real estate litigation practice at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, will be honored by the Cancer Center for Kids at Winthrop University Hospital at the Black and White Ball on Thursday, April 30th at Oheka Castle. Korth concentrates in all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation, appellate practice, commercial foreclosure, lending litigation and guardianship proceedings, and previously concentrated in cooperative/condominium law.
"To assist the Cancer Center for Kids in its efforts to promote the healing of children, inside and out, is a true privilege. I am deeply humbled to serve as honoree for this most worthwhile event and cause," said Korth.
A former dean of the Nassau Academy of Law, Korth was appointed to serve on the commercial mediation panel in Nassau County Supreme Court, Hurricane Sandy Mediation Panel in the Eastern District of the United States District Court, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Tribunal Panel of the Nassau County Bar Association. Korth graduated, magna cum laude, from St. John's University with an undergraduate degree in accounting, and with honors, from that University's School of Law.
