We are going to have an incredible turnout as tenants will be looking to secure deals before more of the prime locations get leased and landlords will be looking to make commitments while the market remains red hot. Massey Knakal currently has over 100 prime listings throughout Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan and we're expecting that our agents will be making the rounds and speaking with many brokers and tenants with the expectation that deals will be made, or initiated, at ICSC NY.
