Kogel joins HKS Capital Partners as associate partner

HKS Capital Partners has hired Scott Kogel as an associate partner, responsible for business development, origination and client relations. Kogel previously worked for the WLK Group, LLC a real estate development company in Bridgehampton, Long Island where he oversaw ground-up construction as well as budgeting and marketing for new projects. Kogel also worked as a sales agent at Sotheby's International Realty office in Syosset. and was previously an assistant account executive at York International Agency, LLC, an insurance company in Harrison, , where he was responsible for maintaining and servicing portfolios for large property management firms across New York City. Kogel has a bachelor's degree of science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management. He is currently enrolled in the master's program at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson, and property & casualty broker.
