Koenigsberg of American Investment Properties brokers $1.162 million sale of mixed-use building in Westbury

Ron Koenigsberg, president of American Investment Properties, has brokered the $1.162 million sale of the Post Avenue Shops, located at 140-144 Post Ave., to a Long Island-based investor/owner. American Investment Properties represented the buyer and seller. The mixed-use property contains eight apartments and 3,500 s/f of retail space. The seller was Koin Key Investor, Inc. and the buyer was not disclosed.
