Koch and Gerstel of Friedman-Roth Realty Services arranges $7 million Sale of West 125th St. and West 126th St.

Friedman-Roth Realty Services arranged the sale of a West Harlem apartment building located at 1345-49 Amsterdam Ave. in the s West Harlem section. The property, located between West 125th St. and West 126th St., is a five-story walk-up with 25 residential units and 6 retail stores. The 84 foot wide property encompasses 18,630 s/f and was constructed in 1901. The selling price for the property was $7 million and it's the first sale of the building in nearly 30 years. Linda Koch represented the seller and David Gerstel procured the purchaser.
