Roz Espinosa

Manhattan, NY KM Associates of New York has appointed construction industry veteran Roz Espinosa as director of major projects. Espinosa brings 30 years of experience in construction project management and expertise with NYC Department of Buildings approvals to the role.

“Ms. Espinosa’s extensive industry knowledge, deep relationships across the New York construction landscape, and proven track record make her the ideal person to lead KM Associate’s key projects,” said principal Philip Santantonio, AIA.

In her new position, Espinosa will take ownership of major projects while expanding KM Associate’s client relationships and developing strategic partnerships across the industry. She will utilize her expertise in the NYC Department of Building approvals process to highlight the firm’s value in building code consulting and expediting while personally overseeing critical client work.

“My goal is to deliver exceptional results for our clients while expanding our reach in the industry,” said Espinosa. “I’m eager to put my industry connections to work for KM Associates while directing significant projects that showcase our capabilities.”

Prior to joining KM Associates, Espinosa spent two decades at Gillman Consulting as senior director of project management, where she handled account management and client acquisition. Earlier in her career, she worked as a project executive at Milrose Consultants Inc., managing high-profile projects for developers, municipalities, and banks.

Espinosa holds a Class II Filing Representative license for the NYC Department of Buildings.
