The CPEX New York Office Leasing Team has completed the lease of the entire 4,940 s/f second floor at 1623 Kings Hwy. to Tiger Schulmann's Mixed Martial Arts. CPEX's Office Leasing Team, consisting of managing partner Timothy King and managing director David Muessel, represented the landlord, RCG Longview, in negotiating the 15 year agreement.
