Kim of Z Realty Group completes 15,842 s/f lease on behalf of Vatech

Z Realty Group has leased 15,842 s/f of office space at 2200 Fletcher Ave. on behalf of Vatech America, Inc. Sarah Kim, an associate at the Z Realty Group, represented the tenant in the transaction and Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Kim has also been appointed the exclusive broker for the sublease of 5,828 s/f of office space at 333 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus. 2200 Fletcher Ave. is a seven story, 215,000 s/f class A office building. Located in close proximity to the George Washington Bridge, I-80, I-95, Palisades Interstate Parkway and Route 9W, the facility includes a fitness center, parking garage and 24/7 on-site security. In addition, the building has an atrium lobby and café. Tenants include Merrill Lynch, Telemundo and MetLife.
