Kessler of Marcus & Millichap selected to sell Gosman’s Dock/portfolio

Montauk, NY Marcus & Millichap has been selected to exclusively market for sale the Gosman’s Dock and Gosman family portfolio of properties and businesses.

The entire portfolio of 16 parcels is made up of three favorable zones - resort, waterfront and central business. This allows for further development of a hotel, resort, spa, condos or co-op residences, retail shops, bars, restaurants, nightclub and cultural venues, in addition to recreational and commercial marina uses.  The asset is listed for $50 million.
