Kenneth and Stanley Schuckman of Schuckman Realty lease 50,000 s/f

Schuckman Realty Inc. Whole Foods Market, East Gate Plaza - Garden City, NY

Garden City, NY Whole Foods Market has signed a long-term lease for its fifth Long Island location at East Gate Plaza, a new development marketed by Kenneth Schuckman and Stanley Schuckman of Schuckman Realty Inc. on East Gate Blvd.  The site was previously a Pepsi bottling operation and construction is slated to commence in 2018.

Kenneth Schuckman, president, and Stanley Schuckman, founder of Schuckman Realty Inc., represented the property owner, Manhattan-based Midwood Management, and Patrick Smith of JLL represented Whole Foods Market. The long-term lease is for 50,000 s/f on six acres at East Gate Plaza with renewal options.  The development will have a retail pad consisting of 5,400 s/f; in addition, there is a two-acre additional development adjacent to the Whole Foods.

Whole Foods Market’s newest Long Island location will be in the retail district across from The Gallery at Westbury Plaza.
