
Uniondale, NY According to Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, (FDT) Alexander Kerzhner has joined the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group as a partner. In addition to his law degree, Kerzhner is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kerzhner has extensive experience handling a wide variety of corporate and business transactions, including venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and securities and debt offerings. In addition, he serves as outside general counsel and regularly advises clients on corporate governance and organizational matters, securities laws, equity compensation, employee incentive structures, licensing and commercial agreements, and other general business and intellectual property matters.
Prior to joining FDT, Alexander was an attorney at the New York City office of an Am Law 100 national law firm. Kerzhner earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
