Kemm and Landes of Royal Properties broker two leases totaling 16,128 s/f; Includes a 14,963 s/f lease to Party City at Rockland Center

Royal Properties, Inc. has leased two more spaces at Rockland Center, 43 E. Rte. 59 totaling 16,128 s/f. Party City signed a long-term lease for a 14,963 s/f space next to Big Lots. Royal Props. was able to put together a leasing deal with Party City to draw them to Rockland Ctr. Jeanine Kemm and David Landes of Royal Props. represented the landlord and Welco Realty, Inc. represented the retailer. Allstate signed a five-year lease for a 1,165 s/f space in Rockland Ctr. Kemm and Landes represented the landlord. "We believe that with a population of over 215,000 people in a five-mile radius and co-tenants like Pathmark, Big Lots, AC Moore, HomeGoods, Office Depot, Five Guys and PetSmart, Rockland Center is the ideal place for Party City and Allstate," said Kemm. Rockland Ctr. is a 265,000 s/f shopping center with access to I-87, Rte. 303 and the Palisades Pwy. Royal Props. exclusively represents Rockland Ctr.
