Kemm and Landes of Royal Properties arrange three leases totaling 6,339 s/f

 

 

Islandia, NY Royal Properties, Inc. has signed three Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer leases totaling 6,339 s/f throughout Long Island.  

Cellular Sales of NY, a Verizon retailer, signed a long-term, ten-year lease with two five-year options for 3,000 s/f in Starbucks Plaza at 3701 Expressway Dr. This new development is located off exit 58 of I-495, on the corner of Expressway Dr. and Old Nicholls Rd. This 7,773 s/f center provides 70 parking spaces and high traffic counts with 168,000 cars per day along the Long Island Expressway. Jeanine Kemm and David Landes of Royal Properties represented the landlord, Breslin Realty, and the tenant.

NYCOM Cellular Corp., a Verizon retailer, signed a long-term, ten-year lease with one five-year option for 1,339 s/f in Nassau Plaza at 595-621 Hempstead Tpke., West Hempstead. This 23,430 s/f shopping center is situated on the corner of NY-24 (Hempstead Tpke.) and Nassau Blvd.  Verizon will occupy a portion of the former Sleepy’s building, sharing with a proposed Chipotle. Kemm and Landes represented the landlord, Breslin Realty, and the tenant.

ABC Phones of NC Management, Inc. d/b/a A Wireless., a Verizon retailer, signed a long-term, ten-year lease with one five-year option for 2,000 s/f in Woodbury Plaza at 401 South Oyster Bay Rd., Plainview.  This 110,000 s/f shopping center is located on the SE corner of Woodbury Rd. Kemm and Landes represented the landlord, Breslin Realty, and the tenant.
