Cellular Sales of NY, a Verizon retailer, signed a long-term, ten-year lease with two five-year options for 3,000 s/f in Starbucks Plaza at 3701 Expressway Dr. This new development is located off exit 58 of I-495, on the corner of Expressway Dr. and Old Nicholls Rd. This 7,773 s/f center provides 70 parking spaces and high traffic counts with 168,000 cars per day along the Long Island Expressway. NYCOM Cellular Corp., a Verizon retailer, signed a long-term, ten-year lease with one five-year option for 1,339 s/f in Nassau Plaza at 595-621 Hempstead Tpke., West Hempstead. This 23,430 s/f shopping center is situated on the corner of NY-24 (Hempstead Tpke.) and Nassau Blvd. Verizon will occupy a portion of the former Sleepy’s building, sharing with a proposed Chipotle. This 110,000 s/f shopping center is located on the SE corner of Woodbury Rd. Kemm and Landes represented the landlord, Breslin Realty, and the tenant.
