Manhattan, NY According to the William Kaufman Organization (WKO), four companies have completed long-term lease expansions, extensions and new leases totaling 59,626 s/f at 747 Third Ave., the 39-story class A office tower in the Grand Central district.

• ITN Holdings, LLC, formerly known as ITN Networks, finalized a 15-year lease for an additional 15,100 s/f on the entire 11th floor of the building. The new space is in addition to the 34,782 s/f it currently occupies on the entire 5th floor and portions of the 3rd and 4th floors.

• Geosphere Capital Management, LLC completed a three-year, 4,557 s/f lease renewal on a portion of the 26th floor.

• T&R Productions LLC finalized a new, three-year 3,132 s/f lease on a portion of the 3rd floor.

• O&M Partners LLC inked a two-year, 2,055 s/f lease renewal on a portion of the 15th floor.

Michael Lenchner, vice president and director of leasing of Sage Realty Corp., the leasing and management division of WKO, represented building ownership in all four transactions. ITN Holdings was represented by Ira Schuman and Daniel Horowitz of Savills Studley. Geosphere Capital Management was represented by Jeff Lovell of Cushman & Wakefield. T&R Productions was represented by Bobby Blair of Jones Lang LaSalle. There were no outside brokers in the O&M Partners LLC transaction.

“ITN has been our tenant for nearly three decades, and we are delighted that they have chosen to expand and extend their lease for many years to come,” Lenchner said. “Given its renovated lobby, rejuvenated plaza area, brand new elevators and unique 24/7 HVAC at no additional charge to tenants, 747 Third Ave. remains an ideal location.”

“WKO has been a great business partner and we look forward to continuing that relationship,” said Steven Sandler, CFO of ITN Holdings, LLC.
