Kaufman of SL Green Realty Corp. renews and expands 17,922 s/f to Curex Group Holdings at Tower 45

According to SL Green Realty Corp. (SLG), Curex Group Holdings LLC, developers of financial technologies that link institutional foreign exchange to global capital markets, has renewed and expanded its headquarters lease at Tower 45, 120 West 45th St. Curex's commitment totals 17,922 s/f and includes the entire 22nd floor together with 5,003 s/f of expansion space on the 23rd floor. Tower 45 is a 40-story, 397,188 s/f office building in the borough's Grand Central submarket. Dirk Hrobsky of DTZ Americas, Inc. represented Curex, while SL Green was represented in-house by David Kaufman.
