Katz, Greenberg and Heretakis of Katz & Assocs. completes $4.25 million sale; Lyman of True Commercial reps buyer
Yonkers, NY On behalf of the seller, Brian Katz, Jonathan Greenberg, and John Heretakis of Katz & Associates completed the sale of the former freestanding 24 Hour Fitness. Located at 589 Tuckahoe Rd., the 1.69-acre property has been sold for $4.25 million to Carpionato Realty represented by Tyler Lyman of True Commercial. The deal closed on April 20th, 2021.
